Why did you choose an Apprenticeship?

For me, it’s the best way to learn. I learn best if I’m doing the job.
It’s a good way as I can apply the things I’ve learnt in my workplace.
I also prefer working while learning compared to going University to study.

What are the rewards of doing an Apprenticeship?

You are part of a team, so you’re not on your own while learning.
You have the ability to gain hands on experience.
You also are classed as a student, so you get discounts!

Would you recommend Apprenticeships to others?

Yes, Such a good way to learn as you are experiencing real life scenarios that
could happen in your workplace rather than learning about it. You are also earning money while learning.

Do you have any advice for future Apprentices?

Be prepared and take notes. Always come to work with an open mind and take time in the evenings to do your coursework
as it catches up with you!

What do you feel are the advantages of doing an Apprenticeship over other training or education?

You can physically do what you’re learning so it gives you hands on experience and what to expect.

What are your future plans?

My Future plans are to grow in my company and work my way up in my role.
