Our People
As an Investors in People Gold accredited company we recognise our people are our most important asset. Our staff receive formal training through our BICSc accredited Training Academy and our in-house BICSc Assessors. Our employees are DBS checked, especially when working in vulnerable surroundings, always wear photographic ID badges and our easily identifiable company uniform and adhere to our Code of Conduct, which sets out the responsibilities of our people when working on sites.
